Men sperm testing

My husband use to swear up and down we werent getting pregnant cuz he couldnt have kids(which he doesnt know that for real). I think he just wanted me to not feel bad cuz i was having so many problems. I know the mans sperm can be checked but does anyone know which dr i should contact? My obgyn or primary dr? My right fallopian tube is blocked and ive had endometriosis alot.
