Am I not ovulating until the very end of my cycle?

So I’m still new to this but started bbt in January and then trying OPKs this month... Gliw keeps changing my predictions every day because according to it I should have ovulated much earlier than this, but my bbt has been pretty constant for two weeks now no jump up; at least last month it went up so I know it happened in there somewhere. Is it unusual to not ovulate until very late in the cycle like day 27 of 32? (Ignore that one dip in bbt it was a mistake I’m pretty sure) below is this cycle and then previous where I think the green is in the wrong place)
