Sex help!?

So every time my partner and me have sex I have issues after.

Sometimes I get sharp pains that happen periodically throughout the day in my vagina and other times if he finishes I get a bad itching in my vagina for next couple days then goes away. I felt like I’ve been calling the doctor a lot for this issue and I’ve gotten tested for UTI, yeast, BV and my last OB appointment the checked for STDs everything came back normal. I’m gonna ask tomorrow when I go in for my next appointment why would this be after intercourse I keep having issues! Has anyone else experienced this!!?
