Kind of irritating..

So I work at a church teaching lead in a daycare class. We have a really small number of kids since the only kids we watch have parents that work in the building. I know people tend to have their favorites but I find it extremely irritating when they make it blatantly obvious. One of the teachers in my class clearly favors one kid over the rest and always tries to be with him and sometimes acts as if she’s the only one that can sit with him or get him to act right when it comes to discipline. It kind of makes my heart for the other little ones, they’re only two but they all should receive the same amount of attention and care.
