Anyone having problems pooping?

It seems like every time I poop it hurts so bad I bleed I’m taking a stool softener I try to drink as much water as I can during the day while taking care of a newborn i used to love pooping now I hate it￼￼￼

Yes!! You might have an anal fissure. I do and it sounds exactly what I go through. Lidocaine Jelly topically before you go and soak in warm bath for 15 minutes a day has helped a ton.

Make sure you are hydrated, increase your fruits and veggie consumption, and make sure you have enough electrolytes.   Not enough salt was my problem after having my second kid.  I was drinking so much water I was washing out my electrolytes and pooping was awful.  I upped my salt and everything went back to normal.

Psyllium is a great natural stool softener and there are studies that prove it is more effective than anything you can get over the counter. 👍🏻 Just 3g per day was enough for me.
