Best hands free bra ? For work

Anyone have one they like that’s worth the $40-50? Kindered brave one !? Are these that you just put right your pump into a lot better￼￼ then life simple wishes bustier one￼

I cut holes in a sports bra but honestly this time around I plan on splurging on the Kindred Bravely bra. Their stuff is soooo quality and soft. I bought two nursing bras before my daughter was born 2.5 years ago and I still have them and they are still so soft. Forever a fan of KB!

I purchased a few of the medium-priced ($30) ones off Amazon and they work well.  I’m someone who can’t just leave the pumps in and go though, I still have to be pretty active about massaging/etc to get good yield.

Rumina pump and nurse are the best I used for support of the flanges and bottles and comfort but for looks and still practical are dairy dairy. It’s a lifesaver to not have to put on another bra when pumping is already so inconvenient.

I use hair binders. It works better with the flanges I use because I have to place them onto my nipples differently.

My sister just cut two holes in a stretchy crop top, it works amazing!!
