Venting : he dumped me over text

So my boyfriend of 4 years broke up with me over text.. I'm so destroyed he wouldn't even take my phone calls I've been crying all night and now I'm just numb.. Idk how I feel idk why we dumped me.. All I can think of is I put on some weight and he's not into it.. Also on Halloween I drank too much and got completely shit faced(but I remember everything).. We spent all of yesterday together he didn't bring anything up until he dropped me off. He began arguing with me and calling me names(whore, little slut etc...) then we were fine after I apologized for my behavior on Halloween. Then an hour later I get a text saying he was done and it was over.. I apologized and cried but idk I feel like he was trying to find an excuse to break up with me.. I'm devastated.. I came to work and I feel like I just wanna crawl under my desk and disappear. Sorry for the long vent.
