Advice please

I know this isn't a place for legal advice but just curious... So my ex husband doesn't have my daughters social security number or birth certificate I do (yes he is on the birth certificate) only because he is irresponsible and does nothing for my daughter. His parents informed my parents tonight that my ex husband will be going to his lawyer for my daughters social and birth certificate. His parents wanted the information so they could claim her on their taxes not my ex. My ex doesn't take care of her his parents do and they only have her so they don't look bad. I do have a PFA on my ex husband and are not on good terms with any of his family as all they are trying to do is make me look bad (haven't had no success). Anyways... Can the lawyer the give my ex a copy of my daughters birth certificate and social security?

Side note: I do have 50/50 custody of my daughter with him and currently trying to get full custody of her as I am the primary parent.

Back story: I was living in California with my ex husband, he became violent towards me and ended up getting kicked out of the navy and going to jail when he went to jail I found out I was pregnant and needed to get out so I packed up everything called my parents and my dad flew out to get me and we drove back home to Pennsylvania. As soon as I got back I went to Women in Need (WIN) and filed for divorce and got a PFA on my ex husband it took a little bit only because everything from California had to be transfered here. My ex husband ended up coming back to visit family and didnt believe I was pregnant so I met up with him in his hometown with my mom and showed him I really was him and his family didnt think it was his baby they said racial slurs towards my baby and disowned me which didn't bother me I was able to raise my child on my own thats what my plan was so my ex husband went back to California to end his last underway (kinda like a deployment). October 30, 2016 I had my daughter he got to see her and so did his parents and the first words out there mouth was "oh you weren't lieing shes not black" I kicked them out of my room and didnt speak to them for awhile. Fast forward a year my ex husband had been back for months already and obviously knew I had my daughter his familys friends were wondering why they didn't see the baby and there family got called names because it was wrong they disowned there grandchild so they got a lawyer (one they had before this one) and the court granted him visitation rights a few days a week he failed to come some days because he had to pay out of pocket he didn't want anything to do with her then nor now. Months later his parents got a different lawyer because they felt like they had to impress everyone by getting more time with her then in April 2019 my ex husband was granted 50/50 custody with me. When my daughter comes back here hygiene is gross and still in the same clothes as she was when sent. My daughter is three and tells me everything that goes on over there and screams because she doesn't want to go over there it breaks my heart she has never left my side and I won't give up!
