Please comment... any thought on inconsolable 9 week old?

I do have a call in to her pediatrician, but I thought I'd put feelers out here as well... My 9 week old is either sleeping peacefully or awake and screaming and inconsolable. It started around week 6, mostly in the evening. I assumed a growth spurt or development leap and after a week or so it started to get better. The last few days though it has been nonstop when she is awake. I don't know how to help and I feel like I've tried everything... rocking, swinging, swaddling, binky, playing, singing, white noise, walking, running water, bouncing... nothing works. She has been screaming so much her voice is hoarse. She is primarily breastfed, we supplement maybe 3-4oz of Enfamil gentlease formula in a 24 hour period. Any thoughts?
