So we had a coversation the other day?

So the other day my son pushed our godson and I told him no don’t do that I have him a little smack in the hand. He started doing that and his just 2 years old. I started to notice he does it often with his little cousins. So yes when ever my kids do something wrong I correct them. I’m not the one to hit them for every reason so I always try to get they’re attention FIRST by talking to them ☝️my daughter was never a fighter she was the opposite her little cousins would push her. So was never expecting this on my son. Well we had a talk all of our sister in laws. And one of them said “you should never hit you’re child for pushing another one just talk to them. Because right now your here to defend them if he gets pushed or hit the day that they go to school you won’t be there to defend them. Even if they’re toddlers just talk to them when they do something wrong. Because when they grow up they won’t defend themselves because they will grow up thinking it’s okay for others to do something but not them.” Another of my sister in law also commented and said “it’s true because I would always tell my son if someone does something to you go to the office or tell someone” and she said her son got bullied once and he never did anything because he grew up not to stand up for himself but to tell others. She said sometimes he wouldn’t tell her what was going on until she had a series talked with with. Idk what do you guys think?
