Update: misscarriage

So i went to get scan they said they was yolk sac and probably a small clot i. There no heartbeat as iam 6 weeks and 6 days from my last period and i started bleeding 4 days ago heavy with blood clots and pains and ive still got some but the baby wasnt that big either she told me i have 2 options get terminated ir wait for it to misscarry itself im not sure if im still pregnant if u lot could tell me wots happening if u know let me know plz..i eould really appreciate it
