Did you do ICSI?

We are doing ivf this month and we have very mild male factor infertility, and a low cap score which is a newer test and basically is the likelyhood of a sperm being able to penetrate and fertilize and egg. At first we were going to do the ICSI but after reading about it now I’m not sure. Please share any experience you’ve had! Thank you!!

We did icsi with ours had 3 babies from our embryos

We did natural fertilisation, had 6 eggs - 6 fertilised and 2 made it to blastocyst( transferee one and froze the other). Waiting for beta to confirm pregnancy on Monday but tests show positive 🤞🏼✨

We haven’t done IVF yet, but we have mild male factor with an official diagnosis of unexplained infertility. My hubs has low motility with normal concentration, but the RE said it wasn’t low enough for us to have tried 2 years without a single pregnancy. 
However, they have recommended we do ICSI and said we’d be a poor candidate for IVF options that don’t include ICSI. They basically said it may decrease our chances of success

We were not given an option.....they did icsi on 3 and natural on 1.  The one they tried for naturally did not fertilize.  The other 3 made it to day 5 blast.  We are currently 10+2 from a fresh transfer.

We did icsi with round 1. I had 6 mature and only 1 fertilized. 
On round 2, I had 15 eggs mature and did 1/2 icsi and 1/2 conventional. 11 fertilized.  It by day 6, only 3 made it and they were all icsi. I just thought that was interesting.

We did icsi.. first transfer and I’m now 18 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl.

We’ve done ICSI with half of our eggs, not sure how many were from icsi, but out of 34 eggs, we got 22 fertilized, 16 made it to the day 5/6. Though we don’t have male infertility, but our clinic does it at 50% icsi, 50% naturally. I don’t know, 🤷‍♀️ but I guess I would be for it, to give it the best chances.
