sleeping and swollen
Sleep is already difficult enough while pregnant, but when your legs, ankles and feet are so swollen you can’t even wear socks, how are you suppose to elevate your feet 6-12inches above your heart and NOT sleep on your back? I know there is controversy with the risks of sleeping on your back, I see the comments elsewhere, but lets pretend this is not a debate on whether or not it’s good for you and help with any ideas of what you do to help with the legs thing? 🙏
They swelled up so fast out of nowhere, because of concern in my 1st tri for preeclampsia I was told to go to the hospital. Everything was fine, I had my normal lower than average BP, nothing else was wrong. I don’t like salty foods, I haven’t even been craving it, my bf accidentally made a super salty meal, which i only forced a few bites of and just a couple hours later BOOM! I am ballooned up! for 2 days I’ve upped my 2-2.5 liters of water consumption to 2.5-3, I am now avoiding everything with salt, been up to walk off and on, sitting with my feet up off and on, used ice, again off and on, EVERYTHING snd it won’t go down ;-; I guess Imll go to my baby shower barefoot tomorrow?
