I think I’m miscarrying

So this morning I woke and noticed I had bled a little over night. Then I went to bathroom and noticed I was still bleeding. The bleeding got a little heavier but nothing major when I called my OB to tell them. Since I’m 6weeks 1day they had me come in a draw blood but said they wouldn’t do an ultrasound. My first normal appointment is Monday. Anyways my HCG was only 180. The nurse was trying to give me hope that maybe I wasn’t as far along as I think but there is 0% chance I got pregnant after when I said I did. Soooo since the levels are so low and I’m still bleeding and cramping on and off I’m guessing my pregnancy is ended.
