Any first time moms? How are you making out?

If you’ve already been pregnant any advice you would give to us first time moms?

Answer

Make sure you're getting enough fibre. The first trimester constipation was no joke for me. 
If you get morning sickness, just eat whatever you can stomach, don't stress too much about it. It's better to get something into you, than trying to eat stuff that doesn't agree with you just because it's recommended.
Don't have your prenatals in the morning or on an empty stomach. They can make you nauseous.
Listen to advice if you want to, but just pick and choose what works for you (same once you have bub). 
Find a dr you trust. If you can't, make sure you do your own research at home too. I found my drs were really pushing for induction for a "big baby", when I think it was more policy or risk aversion rather than it being actually necessary for me personally. 
Don't stop exercising and moving. It will help later.
You'll be sore after birth, but not the way you expect - I felt like I'd done a week's worth of hard gym sessions so my back and arms etc were sore (labour is hard work). Having heat packs and deep heat on hand at home really helped. 
Have a bunch of easy, one handed snacks at home for after. 
Say yes to anyone who offers help when you're pregnant and after. May as well!
