I’m about 2 weeks postpartum and i noticed when I use the bathroom to pee or have a bowel movement my vagina will suddenly clench and tighten for a few seconds it hurts so bad! It’s like doing a kegel except it does it on its own.. I did get 2 stitches but was never told where exactly they were and haven’t looked down there. Is this normal? Also I do notice more blood come out when this happens
