Hello everyone! I need help. I have had this weird skin condition for a long time, more than a couple of months now. Without makeup it looks red, and what i have noticed that it is very dry and it feels weird when i touch it. On top of it all, when i apply makeup you can see it more detailed, it looks sandy..

Ive talked to my doctor she just gave my some antihistamines, it didnt go away, i should go visit a dermatologist but with free health insurance i would have to wait months for an appointment where i live...

If anyone has had this problem or if anyone knows what this might be i would be very thankful for the help.

I have searched google and internet, I have seen nothing similar. It is infuriating.
