Hcg levels rising but not quite doubling

Hey guys. I had a miscarriage last April so this time I am 5 weeks and 4 days pregnancy currently and having my hcg monitored. Blood drawn Wednesday the 4th and levels were 2266. Blood drawn again 6th and levels were 4001. Has anyone else had levels that close to doubling, but just not quite? I know sometimes it can take up to 72 hours to double but I would just like to know what anyone else’s experience was in this case. No pain or anything, headaches daily, dizziness, some nausea, extreme fatigue and extremely sore boobs. Just praying so hard that everything is okay 🙏🏼❤️
