Car accident

I was in a car accident yesterday... rear ended.

I’m also 5wks 4 days pregnant, I ended up get an ultrasound they said all was good.

Today I’m cramping with no bleeding and my breast don’t feel as sore today as they have been...”tmi” my cm isn’t like before either it has little lumps idk hard to describe But I’m groggy when I wake up from a nap and still super exhausted.

This is my first pregnancy so idk i think I’m just panicked but i are these concerns????
