Opinions about traveling, what do you ladies think?

Hi ladies! My boyfriend and I are supposed to be traveling to Nevada so his family can meet our son Arthur! We’re debating if we should reschedule because of the corona virus, or just go. We have a layover in Seattle for an hour. Just not sure what to do honestly 😫 what would you ladies do? Here’s a pic of our little family ❤️

We are going on holiday Friday and I can’t wait. I’ll clean the surfaces on the plane and make sure we wash our hands a little more. I’m not worried - if your fit and well it’s a mild illness and the evidence they have shows it’s not really effecting children. I’m a children’s nurse and from the Uk so think my attitude on illnesses is a little different. My partner may need to test and wait for results before he can go back to work - bonus days off!!

I have understood that corona happens less to babies and is less heavy than with adults. I read somewhere that in China only 9 babies under the age of 1 have been diagnosed with corona and none of them needed intensive care. Therefore corona is more of a safety hazard for you as adults, but as long as you are healthy it is as dangerous as the flu. The real danger is for those with a weak immune system and the eldery

I definitely would not go with a layover there. My work. Stopped all business travel so for them to do that theres obviously sometbibg they're worried about and I know other companies are doing the same. It's just not worth the risk. Could you drive instead?

I definitely wouldn’t go and I wouldn’t even want to be in a plane right now as much as the airport, you just never know who was just in the plane and what lay over they came from, they don’t wipe down the trays, seat belts, arm rest etc between flights, and just the cross over of all the different people flying in from wherever in that airport is just not worth the risk.

Seattle has a high number of coronavirus cases compared to other locations in the US. See if you can change your layover.

Not worth the risk. We were planning to visit California in May but as of now we have dropped the plan .
