Still Refusing Tummy Time

My daughter is 4m 1wk and has always refused tummy time. I've tried every technique and piece of advice, lying her on her tummy for cuddles, surrounding her with toys, lying with her. She will not have it, it lasts about 15 seconds before resulting in screams and tears.

She recently learnt to roll over and as soon as she does it the screams start.

Everything else is great, sitting up for 25-30s on her own, holding bottles, putting her dummy in her mouth but I'm worries her refusing to go on her front will make her learning to crawl an almost impossible task. As well as worrying about her head getting flat.

Has anyone else had this?
