Help help !

Hi, so ladies I start my AF tomorrow but I’ve been having Cramping in my uterus for 3-4 days now. Usually I’ll get sore breast the day before AF but it didn’t come instead I’ve had sore breast 4-5 days ago. I am also having cramping on my right side last year I had an ectopic pregnancy so I’m not sure who I’m having pain on that side. A side from all this I’m bloated can anyone tell me what’s going on & when did you get pregnant again from an ectopic pregnancy??
