For my ladies over 40...

If AF shows up thus week, hubby and I will be starting the IVF process after 1 year TTC and 2 failed IUIS. My question is , are there any women over 40 that went though IVF with a baseline of about 11-13 follicles (without medication)? If so, please share your stories of how many eggs were retrieved, how many embryos ended up making it? My RE feels confident that I will respond well ( she’s expecting about 15 eggs to be retrieve. The problem is of course they are not quality eggs... thanks for any advice and support, wishing you ladies the best! Xoxo
