Summer daycare clothes?

What do you send your LOs in for summer daycare clothes? I’m all about easiest and cheapest. Currently she goes to daycare in cute sleep and plays. I know the daycare lady’s appreciate it. What about during summer? Any clothes I got people bought in the opposite seasons 🙄 so my 6-9 month stuff is all long sleeved and flannel. Short sleeved outfits were all newborn 🤦🏼‍♀️. We are in Michigan. 🤷🏼‍♀️. Is it appropriate to send her in just a short sleeved onesie/body suit? Or does she need pants/shorts? How do I not know how to dress a baby? Lol I know rompers are an option, but they are expensive...I’d love to just be able to stick with onesies. Lol but that’s me being cheap and lazy. I don’t think her rolls would offend anyone? Lol

Personally I wouldn’t send my baby in just a onesie. I would opt for a romper or onesie and shorts/pants. Daycares are usually air conditioned and I’ve seen some little ones get chilly because they were under dressed

I don’t know what you’ll consider cheap but old navy has sale items for $10. I got my daughter a couple of cute dresses and romper.

Ask the daycare what they think. I'd probably put her in rompers or onesies with shorts or pants, but if daycare doesn't mind, then doing whatever's easiest works too. It doesn't need to be expensive either way, try a capsule wardrobe. I got my son's entire next size up for $80 total at Target for his spring clothes, we've got onesies (short and long sleeve), pants, shorts, sweatshirts, rompers with long pants and shorts, and a couple cute outfits for special occasions. They're all in a similar color scheme so we can mix and match and don't have to worry about a lot of laundry. 
My daughter was 9-12 months during her first summer (born in August) and we had her in rompers, dresses, onesies and skorts. It was probably her cutest wardrobe ever 😂

I prefer rompers, casual dresses, or short sleeves with a bottom but I don’t think it really matters as long as you leave options to layer in her cubby.  You will also want to lather her in sunscreen in case they take her out.
