15 week old not normal

Okay so i dont know what is normal for a baby although the fact hes my 3rd i should know my other two babies were amazing. Little phoenix is an absolute nightmare constant crying nothing you do is good enough. He doesnt like being held, cuddled, playing, car seat, pram or car. He has so manh things to play with/ sit in but he hates them all. I get so jealous seeing all of your happy, cuddly babies. Im just at a loss of what to do im honestly not enjoying him at all hes my last baby and im at my wits end x
