Fell in the shower
When I got home from work today, I slipped and fell in the shower/tub. I hit my head on when I slipped and fell. There is a bump on my head where I hit it. My head doesnt have a cut or anything like that. Should I go to the doctor or am I overreacting?? No symptoms except my head just hurts from bumping it
