Are you able to sleep in silence?

So my husband loves to sleep in silence, but it gives me really severe anxiety. So we turn on Hulu (normally it’s American Dad or Family Guy) at a low volume and the computer’s brightness down. Is that weird? Or do other people do that too? 😂

We use a sound machine (on google home). Every night: “hey google, get sleep sounds,” ok. Getting sleep sounds. Welcome back, what sound would you like? “Clothes dryer.” Okay. Playing clothes dryer.  My man didn’t it at first but now he can’t sleep without it. I used to sleep silently but after moving back in my moms for a little while and then moving out I couldn’t sleep without some kind of noise like a/c or clothes dryer 😂 
Can’t sleep with TV on tho, I’ll never fall asleep

I WISH I could have silence! I wear earplugs and sometimes headphones over the top too and I can still hear snoring/breathing which stops me from getting to sleep. Silence would be perfection 😍
