Pregnancy Symptoms?

It might just be too early but I’m 4 weeks and 4 days with little pregnancy symptoms besides occasional breast pain and cramping. I’m worried about the lack of symptoms because my last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 6 weeks. My ultrasound isn’t until April 13th and I’m going crazy with worry that it’s not growing...

It’s normal! At 4 weeks I had sore/fuller boobs but that was it and then they stopped hurting by 5 weeks and now I’m 8w3d and the only symptoms I have are fatigued and extreme hunger but nothing sounds or tastes good. I get occasional headaches and heartburn too but I haven’t had any sickness and my boobs still don’t hurt but are growing. Baby has a perfect heart rate and measures perfectly! I was even able to hear it yesterday at home on Doppler. If you stay with minimal symptoms your just one of the lucky ones!

Some folks dont have ant symptoms at all and some have severe ones. You just wont know until that first ultrasound. But with a history of miscarriage I would at least push for blood tests to make sure HCG is rising normally. I just hit 7 weeks and am freaked out my ultrasound will yield an empty sac, but there really isnt anything I can do about it in these first weeks. Super nerve wracking

I didn’t get symptoms until later on in my pregnancy 4 weeks is somewhat early baby is still so tiny

It’s normal. I didn’t really gain any symptoms until 6-7w with both of my pregnancies.
