Why are my meds so cheap?!

So I got the call today from the pharmacy for my 
IVF
 meds. I am doing Long Protocol. I have a very high AMH at 11. This is what my pharmacy quoted me for meds. I am self pay. I notice everyone else pays $3000-5000. Why is mine so cheap?! 
FSH $479 1 vial (3weeks supply) 
Menotripin $358 (2 vials for cycle) 
Hcg 12000 IU $75 (trigger) 
Lupron $149 (1 vial)  
$1061 Total self pay
Attached is my Protocol 
75 menotropin daily 
75 FSH daily
.25mg Lupron 
Are they being cautious due to my high AMH?

I'm in Australia and am doing a bulk billed IVF cycle. The cycle will cost me approximately $1000. 
My medications are part of the PBS and so I payed $24 for the lot with a concession card. If I didn't have a concession card, it would have been $250. 
Crazy how it varies so much from country to country.

Same here , I didn’t payed more than $1500 and I was in low dose of gonal F

Yes it seems like you are on really low doses. If you have high AMH that’s a good protocol to start with. I would not complain about the cost 😂

Next cycle I'm going to be on menotropins, femara, and a trigger shot. I payed under $300. No insurance help
