Possible cyst?

My mom and both grandmothers of mine have had cysts on their ovaries and had to have total hysterectomies before they even turned 35 , my mom was 28 , I feel like I'm next

I'm 25 , on nexplanon, and started having pelvic pain. , on my right side for about 2 months , then on left side suddenly , I have irregular periods already , I was pregnant and breast feeding up until september 2019 , then December and january I had 2 periods in each month with 3 days in between each , then February I had almost nothing ! Finally on the 29th I had spotting then normal period until March 8th

Still having pelvic pain. , so I dont think its ovulation or period cramps

I have a gyn appt, but any thoughts anybody??
