Clomid and ovulation advice ???

Question

I started to take my first round of Clomid on cycle day 5-9 I had a peak on cd 19 and today is 6dpo I been having pain or soreness on both breast and nipple. Any advice ovulation wasn’t confirm my doctor just told me to use opk.

6DPO is a little early to tell if anything is happening. You can test for pregnancy by like 9DPO the earliest. Peak ovulation usually signals you have an LH surge so if you ovulated it was 12-36 hours after peak.
