Just a vent...

Becca

I am so proud, I am 22 weeks and I have been consistently working out 5-6 times a week still. I just adopted a newborn so I have switched from orange theory workouts to at home workouts, except on saturdays, I run about 3.5 miles. Well my family keeps telling me I am going to “boil” the baby if I don’t stop working out. I know they are exaggerating and no one works out in my family besides me. And I have talked to my doctor, I don’t get too hot, nor do I let my heart rate get too high for too long. It’s just frustrating. I’m trying to have a healthy pregnancy, only up 7 lbs so far and both my sisters gained 60lbs during their pregnancy. I just wanna stay healthy and feel good. Which I do! And I can feel baby kick and my ultrasounds have shown baby is measuring ahead a week, so I feel like it’s all healthy.
