Answers?

I post pretty often on here just looking for other women’s feedback on things since the internet is fast to say the worst answers. I got tested for chlamydia about a month ago and it came back positive, I took the pill they wanted me to and didn’t say I needed a follow up or anything. My boyfriend also got tested and they gave him the medicine as well. Since we both know we’re clear now we’ve been having sex without condoms. I am on the depo and never bleed so I’m not really worried about it. Well for the last week or so, every time we have sex there is blood. It started off just a small amount but now when I pee after sex there are clots. I do not bleed at any other time nor do I get spotting. It’s ONLY during sex. Should I be worried?! Help!
