MIL or Husband right part 2

PART 2:

My FIL just called my husband and told him to take him off Bluetooth so I cannot hear the conversation. He then yelled at my husband and said he need to drive the 2 hours so that my MiL can talk to my husband in private and that I am not going to be involved and he wants this taken care of ASAP. She is getting foot surgery Friday and said she could die and that he needs to go over and talk with her. Basically yelling at my husband and my husband said “I do not keep secrets” and my fil said that it’s not my business. I’m scared my husband will listen to my FIL and not see this manipulation. What should I do??

Update/ he chose his mother. The conversation was about my marriage with my husband and our finances
