Concerned

Just left the er because I’m in such excruciating pain on my right side near my pelvic area, I’m pregnant with twins 19 weeks and 5 days . They said this is not round ligament pain and my cervix looks great so they aren’t worried about pre term labor , but the doctor expressed her concern for how much pain I am in and to make an appt to see my obgyn , which I already had because this has been three days now and it keeps me doubled over and unable to walk I really only get relief sitting. Any one else have this and been told it was something other than round ligament pain ?
