Will be seperated from guy i just starting dating because of coronavirus

I went on a date last week. And yes it was only a first date and i realize ill sound extremely naive and stupid when i say this but i have to just put it out there. It was the most incredible date ever and we bonded as if we had known each other for years. It was instant chemistry and we have been texting with similar chemistry ever since and we were supposed to see each other this weekend. However due to coronavirus we are going to be separated and i have to return back home all the way across the country. I know i must sound insane but i just feel so defeated that i just found this guy who is so amazing and just as soon as i found him im losing him. I would probably be a little less concerned with our separation if we actually had more of a foundation of a relationship and if it would be less than probably 6 months before i could possibly see him again. Any suggestions as to what i should do? I also realize this all probably sounds so selfish in the scheme of an actual health crisis but i cant help the way i feel.
