Genital Warts HPV

Hey so I only have sex with my girlfriend and I recently went to the doctor and he said I have genital warts I'm telling my girlfriend I dodnt have sex with anyone else but her but she doesn't believe me and think I cheated on her and got the genital warts. Any advice
