How many naps?

My 9 month old with the time change has had later wake up and for the last 2 days has had only one nap from 11:40 to 1:30pm then tried to do another but it was too close to bed time. Today was up a little earlier and had a 1 hour nap. Up by 1pm so decided to put him down for a second nap, from 4:20 to 5:20. Currently still awake trying to get him to sleep since 8:30pm. 
How many naps are your baby taking? I feel like if I put him down for one nap only he is beyond exhausted by bed time. But we can’t have him going to be at 10pm..

Wake up at 7:45, first nap around 10:30-10:45, sleeps for usually an hour to an hour and a half. Wakes up around 11:30-12, second nap happens around 2:30-3 and he sleeps for another hour or so. We start our bedtime routine at 7 and he's normally asleep between 7:30-7:45pm. He sleeps through the night too.

2 naps. She’s been waking up later than usual since the time change but only by like 40 minutes, so it hasn’t messed our schedule up too much. Her first nap has been ending around 12, making her 2nd nap start at 3 & I wake her up at 4 if she’s still asleep in order for her to go to bed at her usual 6:30 (she can only handle 2.5 hours of wake time before bed)

He sleeps 12-13 hours a night most nights so he only takes hour naps to get his total 15 hours of sleep needed.

I have no advice. The time change and screwed both my kids up. My little one doesn’t sleep much longer in the morning but he’s up until 9 pm since the change. But he’s also impossible to get down. Like a crazy gremlin. I know he is cutting a tooth but shit. He gets two naps usually.
