I think I may be pregnant with twins !!!

Is there anyone on here that had twins and was showing by almost the 6 week. My stomach does bloat during the day alot. However I am extremely tired. I wasn't this tired with my first one who is now 3. Everyone keeps saying it's prolly twins. My 3rd cousin on my dad's side has twins and my husband is a twin. I started with a little off and on nausea and heartburn. But the fatigue is out of control a d mild cramping. Thanks.
