PP cycle return

To those of you ladies who had a regular cycle before pregnancy- when your period returned postpartum, how long did it take for your cycles to become regular again? I’m 8 months postpartum and just got my first pp period. Wondering how long until I will ovulate regularly as my husband and I would like to start trying for baby #2 (we’re 39 & 37 so we don’t want to wait too long). I will be using opk’s to track, just wondering about others’ experience. Thanks ladies!
