Graco click connect on  amazon! You literally just set the car seat on the base and it locks. Push a button and lift to unlock. Don’t have to do anything else. If you’re a new mom I don’t recommend get the “grow with me” type car seats until your baby is older because those are not meant to be removed, they are kinda “permanently installed” in the car. you’re going to want a car seat that you can take in and out of the car with you, so you don’t have to constantly wake baby and carry it every where. if you have a car seat that’s removable you can just pick it up and go. Graco Click connect is super easy and goes with a lot of strollers!

It completely depends on your preference. If you go out to dinner, it is definitely convenient to have the infant car seat so you don’t have to hold baby the whole time. Or if you’re in and out of appointments, stores, etc. it’s pure convenience. 
You will have to buy a convertible car seat either way.
