This month marks one year

We have not used birth control for nearly 4 years but this month marks an official year of us actually TRYING (period and ovulation tracking) to conceive. I am very much losing hope and am scared to death. Next plan is to see my family practice doctor and go from there....I don't have good health insurance though so I'm not sure what all can really be done. Please, please pray for us if you believe in that sort of thing.
