i just started my period for the first time ever....
i’m pretty young and just got my first period. i’m not sure whether to use pads or tampons because i play basketball. i feel like tampons hurt too much and i’m scared to use them. but i don’t want to have my period during basketball and have like a “pillow” down there. so please suggest what i should do
