Tablet for toddlers? Thoughts and recommendations?

My boy is 13 months old and enjoys a baby game app on my phone that teaches words, has virtual instruments, etc. I've been thinking about getting him a little tablet to learn with. I don't want to get him addicted to technology but at the same time I don't want him behind in knowing how to use things. I found this one online (pic below) but want to know what other mom's think and also if you recommend a different kind please list it. I probably won't get it for him till either Christmas or his 2nd birthday.
