Do you gain weight or loose weight easily?

Hi girls, I am doing this poll because I want to know if you guys gain or loose weight or you guys stay the same. I’d also like to know how old you’re and if you have kids?

I gain weight so easily! One bad meal and I can gain a few pounds. Losing is so difficult for me. I'm 25 and I have 2 kids.

My weight fluctuates like mad but it generally stays the same.

Before my second I could easily lose weight when actively trying. I maintained any other time. Now after my second I have no clue what my body is doing anymore. Some days I'll gain for no obvious reason. Same with losing. But any time I actively try to lose weight I barely see any change in the scale after weeks of better eating and dieting (and my clothes will fit the same). I'm constantly fluctuating between 2-3 pounds (with my morning weight. I know weight in general fluctuates throughout the day). I'm 30, turning 31 this summer

I gain weight like crazy. If I eat bad for 3 days in a row, by the next week I’ll be 5 lbs more. I have a daughter, and I am 21.
