Anxiety is my enemy

Yesterday was the 2nd to last day of my period. I went over my boyfriends house and have him head and he came on my left hand a chest. After that I went to the bathroom. Washed my hands thoroughly twice with soap and water and dried them. About 20 minutes later I had an itch on my clitroal hood but itched it with my right hand. Am I okay? Please no mean comments. I just need reassurance. My anxiety kills me. Plus I’m also on the combo pill
