Help please!

Recently I want to the doctor for a check up and I had to get a transvaginal ultrasound done because I’ve had an ovarian cyst in 2018. To be safe my doctor ordered me to get one.

I just got my results back and my doctor said I might have PCOS because I have developed follicular cyst on my right ovary. I was in a way surprised me because I always had regular periods (and heavy) until I got on birth control (I used it for almost a year).

After using the birth control my periods were so irregular and I haven’t been able to get pregnant which wasn’t a problem until now that I’m getting serious with my partner. We’ve been together for almost 5 years and we haven’t been preventing pregnancy since I moved in with him in 2018.

My doctor didn’t diagnosed me with PCOS or tell me she would run more test on me so I can determine if I do have PCOS. Honestly I’m scared and feel hopeless, I feel like I’m never going to have an opportunity to become a mother.

Do you guys know any supplements that will help me ttc or regulate my periods?

Any tips? I would greatly appreciate it!
