Dad triggered my ed

Has anyone else parent triggered their eating disorder? My dad triggered mine because he eats so unhealthy, he doesnt care about what he eats and he eats so much. It disgusts me and gives me an unhealthy view of food. Therefore, I went the extreme opposite of him and I eat super clean, healthy and small portions. I am currently in recovery but when I see him eat it makes me want to go back into my ed. Any advice??? Has anyone else experienced this???
