Has anyone had this experience with naxplanon?

So I had emergency surgery a little over a month ago. I was on antibiotics and they told me it would cancel my BC. Being my dumb self, I had unprotected sex about a week of being on the antibiotics. I’ve had extremely sensitive boobs. Like so sensitive, they hurt to touch them. I’ve noticed I’ve slowly gained some wait, not much but my jeans are getting smaller. And I’ve been extremely moody. Like crying one minute and so mad I’m wanting to cry more. I decided to take a test to prove to my mother I’m not and this kinda surprised me and now I don’t want to prove her wrong cause I think I’m wrong. How possible is it to get pregnant while on the implant but on antibiotics? Also the first picture is an unused and used one together
