Need advice

My 2 toddlers who are 3 and 2 got ahold of my slimfast keto meal bar and I called poison control and they never answered and when they finally did answered after me calling 5 times she said just to watch them because they dont have a kid eating one of them in there system and dont really have a suggestion on it and I cant take them to the er because my car is messed up and wont run and there dad is at work everyone else I know either doesnt drive or is at work so what do i ? could really use advice and please dont judge me thank you.

Fyi: I do know that the keto bars are not poison but I am a concerned parent I'm trying to loose weight which is why I have them in the first place and the reason I called poison control is because there Dr told me to so I was just following what there Dr had said to do but excuse me for being a concerned parent and actually careing about my kids and if you plan on keep leaving rude comments on my post when all I'm doing is asking for advice then I will have to ask you not to comment on this thank you.
